The full facial-esthetic plan. We photograph and measure your face, design the proposed smile digitally, then trial it in your mouth as a wax-up mock-up before a single tooth is prepared. Only once you have seen and approved the shape, length and shade do we begin definitive work.

Ultra-thin lithium-disilicate (E.max) and layered zirconia veneers, bonded to the front surface of the teeth. Preparation is minimal — often within enamel — and each unit is hand-characterised by our ceramist so the translucency, surface texture and incisal edge read as natural enamel, not as a uniform block of white.

Full-coverage crowns in porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) and monolithic or layered zirconia. We choose the material by position: monolithic zirconia where the bite load is highest, layered ceramic in the smile zone where translucency matters most. Margins are finished to be invisible at the gum line.

Guided placement of single and multiple implants to replace missing teeth without cutting down the healthy neighbours. Dr. Belino completed the Osstem Basic Implant Course and is a member of the Philippine College of Implantology. Where bone volume is insufficient, grafting is staged into the plan up front, not discovered mid-course.

Discreet removable aligner therapy and conventional fixed appliances. Every case is sequenced digitally first, so you can see the projected finish before committing. Dr. Belino trained in Orthodontics and Basic TMD Management and is a member of the International Association of Orthodontics.

Removing infected pulp, disinfecting and sealing the canal system so a tooth that would otherwise be lost can be kept and restored. Profound anaesthesia and generous appointment time are standard — most patients report the visit is far less eventful than they expected. A crown usually follows to protect the treated tooth.

Deep scaling removes hardened calculus above and below the gum line — the foundation for gum health and the necessary first step before any cosmetic work. Whitening is offered both in-chair and as a supervised take-home system, and we always establish gum health before lightening the shade.

Full and removable partial dentures, built with unhurried try-in appointments so that lip support, midline and tooth shade are right before the case is processed. For patients who want more stability, implant-retained options can be planned instead.

Cost depends on the material, the number of units and whether any gum or bite work is needed first — which is why we quote after the examination rather than over the phone. You receive a written, staged plan before treatment begins, and it does not change mid-course.

We book longer appointments so nothing is rushed, explain each step before it happens, and use profound anaesthesia as standard. Many of our patients had avoided dental care for years before their first visit here.
Instruments are autoclaved in individually sealed pouches, with single-use barriers on every chair and documented sterilisation cycles. The protocol is identical whether you are in for a cleaning or a full-arch reconstruction.
Not if they are designed around your face. We set proportion, length and shade against your lip line and skin tone, and you approve a physical mock-up in your own mouth before anything definitive is made. Uniform, opaque white is a choice — not an inevitability.
