Dr. Belino earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Centro Escolar University's College of Dentistry in 2000, and has spent the twenty-five years since specialising in esthetic dentistry.
She completed the PAED 101 Enhancement Program of the Philippine Academy of Esthetic Dentistry in 2014 — where she was awarded the Leadership Award as Class President of Batch 22 — and went on to the UCLA Esthetic Dental Continuum in Los Angeles and the Linhart Continuing Dental Education Program at New York University. Her training has taken her to Japan, Germany, Taiwan, Singapore and the United States.
She sits on the Board of the Philippine Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and is a member of the Philippine College of Implantology, the Philippine College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the International Association of Orthodontics. She owns and leads Smile Empress Dental Hub across its Makati and Las Piñas clinics.
